These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Hoodex ("Hoodex", "we", "our", "us"), including the Hoodex mobile application and website (hoodex.work). By using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law to use Hoodex.
Hoodex is a technology-enabled marketplace connecting employers and workers. Hoodex is not an employer, recruitment agency, or labour contractor.
Users must register an account to access platform features and are responsible for maintaining accurate information and account security.
Hoodex may charge fees for job postings, applications, bidding, verification, or premium services. Fees and applicable taxes are displayed clearly and are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
Users may submit profiles, job listings, messages, and other content. You grant Hoodex a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such content for operating and promoting the platform.
All intellectual property on the platform, including trademarks, logos, software, and content, belongs to Hoodex or its licensors and is protected by law.
Hoodex may offer optional verification services. Verification does not constitute endorsement or guarantee of trustworthiness or job performance.
Hoodex may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose legal, security, or reputational risks.
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hoodex shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, including disputes between employers and workers.
You agree to indemnify and hold Hoodex harmless from claims arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Delhi NCR shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
